So I've decided to start speedrunning something kinda random. Using the Amy moveset made by steven3004 and getting all 120 stars in Super Mario 64 Co-op DX

Attempted my very first ever (highly lenient) speedrun of Super Mario Bros.
I did something spicy for my first, and did both main game and hard mode back to back warpless.
Def not used to outright speedrunning it but I only Game Over'd twice, so hey, not bad for a first time, eh?

So I replayed Sonic 2 twice on Absolute. Pretty solid game! Same level as Sonic 1 for me. It's an even bigger mixed bag I found, but the highs are still there.
Other than even worse instakill bullsh*t there's not a lot to talk about that i found all that different from Sonic 1. B+

In terms of Mario artstyle, I feel Kotabe and Nakaue's work will always be objectively the best to me.
Everything is just so perfectly goofy, perfectly energetic, and most of all, perfectly Mario.
