2) Embarrassingly, the Warrior Cats series. I grew up reading it and it really fostered my love of writing and worldbuilding, even to this day. idk if I'll ever write kids books myself, but if I did, I'd love for them to be as deeply held as warriors is to lots of us!

the biggest one? low rent. you won't find Winnipeg rents ANYWHERE in ON.
eventually I'd be thinking about grad school, and UofM has some programs I'd be looking at, though I'm still on the fence
they're a welder and the job prospects in ON are p bleak. a bit worried abt crime, but it's everywhere
