Originally, I was gonna keep the design more 1 to 1 to the original, but then I started looking up some references, and I thought it might be fun to base the design more on authentic depictions of Anubis.
Still took plenty of creative liberties tho XD
Have a version with just the lineart, too.

I suddenly felt compelled to redraw this drawing from one of my oldest sketchbooks.
The old one, is one the of first ones, where I remember really trying with the anatomy, using a drawing anatomy book and everything!
It's a good benchmark to see how far I've come in that regard ^^
