Trying to exit Musk’s cesspool. Back to discussing Liverpool FC and Cincinatti Bengals, and less politics
Whenever you think it can’t get any crazier….

It’s almost as if there’s more to football than absolute number of goals and assists….

I’m a bit puzzled that we go for both him and Ekitike, but clearly his hold up play, conversion rate (Darwin should have many more goals) and football brain is at a different level than Darwin

Guess the last line gives it away….

But do we hope he plays well and gets us excited, or play terrible and Hughes use it to secure a lower price 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have very clearly anchored my happiness to a few Bayern/german profiles, whenever they pay off I’ll 100% assume it is true

Lots to criticize about this draft, and this is one of them. Only thing I would say is his grading was also lower because of his age, which should matter less if Bengals believe they’re drafting for a window. Not saying it’s a good pick this early, just that his rating was too low in Bengals context

Even more peak that Texans don’t do it, but Bengals still leave Tate on the board….

Definitely seems like he has more words than sacks 🫤

But yeah, let’s hope this time Bengals did find that diamond in the rough, they always seem to be convinced they can uncover.

Who Dey!

Its the way the world balances. There was no way my #lfc would be 1pt from winning the league AND #bengals having a good draft.

Also do we all agree the “I by the way had $3000 in cash” is a too obvious insurance scam

The support-to-performance ratio has never been higher for a player than Darwin.

Your views on the most expensive signing in LFC’s history never ceases to amaze me.

Klopp and Slot not getting much out of Darwin is either because they are not very good - or because he isn’t.

I know which one I lean towards, but then again nothing new there
April 19, 2025 at 1:43 PM
Wait, how does he combine this with scoring goals and causing celebrity deaths for Arsenal…?

Neil - just want to say you were great on Sky 💪

“Any attempt to talk this season down in any way shape or form is ludicrous!"

"If you go back to the footage of Sky Sports News in the summer, they will have been saying Liverpool will be doing well to get 3rd with Jürgen going - now look at us!"
April 18, 2025 at 9:45 AM

Think this is also exasperated by the lack of an elite CF that can play with his back to the goal. It’s only really Salah that offers a degree of hold up play, which means we need great passes to move up the pitch when teams press us high.

They will have to dig through a lot of people before they get to those papers.
