Would someone PALEEZE spell this out for me like I'm in grade school?? I worked for the CA State Legislature & the only difference was, we received nearly $1.5k credit for eye glasses per year. Kaiser HMO (@approx. $300/mo) was our healthcare plan. I literally have no idea why this is so hyped.
