I was in third grade and my older sister was reading The Hobbit. She read the first two pages aloud to me and I was hooked. She never finished it, but I’ve read The Hobbit and LOTR annually for ages. And I always watch the Peter Jackson movies over my birthday weekend - coming up soon!
