1 hour is not enough of a lunch break to mentally reset during the workday. A vacation is not enough to eradicate stress. 40 hours is too much.

I’m on bed rest for the next 24 hours and if there’s anything it’s taught me, it’s that I have a really hard time letting people take care of me and giving up control 😅
