Lovely few days away.

A few pictures from Abkhazi Garden in Victoria, BC.

My cat has developed an affinity for rubber brushes and vacuum cleaners. So much so that when the vacuum comes out, she repositions herself where vacuuming needs to be done so she can be vacuumed instead.

Finished making my partner a handmade advent calendar. Each is a little rhyme with a clue where a little present is hidden in the house. So far none have been found by accident despite being in place for the last 2 weeks.

Complete beginner at carving pumpkins, but I'm happy with this little lunchtime project.

Here are the two tiles before the whole process (of 5 weeks) takes place, and I'll post pictures of the final result too. The ink looks black, but the process in the kilns will turn it blue. (mine is the silly line work one, my partner's the pretty flower one)

La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona, Spain. (It has been a longtime dream to visit this architectural marvel and it is every bit as amazing as I could imagine. The pictures cannot do it justice)

Park Guell, Barcelona, Spain.
