My level 88 CUL, for example, who *already has Trained Eye* and therefore CAN cheese all of these. I just do not understand what it is about level 90 that just... triggers this bullshit.

This is still the most bullshit thing ever. My CRP is level 90, I should not be punished with this bullshit 1000 exp crap for a LEVEL 90 CRAFT. It makes sense once you get Trained Finesse that you can't cheese things that are >10 levels below you, but this is BS.
