Keep an eye out for pancreatitis and small bowel obstruction. That’s what happened to my Otis after eating a bunch of rawhide-alternative treats. He developed sepsis and peritonitis after the first surgery, and so I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize him during the second surgery.
