Listening now: really rather liked that new Rutter introit that marries together Herbert's 'The Call' with a Gibbons 'Song 13' (but then I would say that about anything that combines Herbert and Gibbons...)

This is a realy powerful piece. How on earth did we get to where we are now?
The writer would do well to read an earlier piece by Rowan Williams, on the "cost of living crisis" as "a sign that something basic about how we imagine society has gone fantastically wrong"- turning “living” into "a commodity that some can afford and some can’t".
