Just started Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Immediately in love. I’ve only read a couple of her books before but I’m getting the feeling that she could write 500 pages about a sausage sandwich and I would be thoroughly gripped all the way through.

Highly recommend The Expanded Earth by Mikey Please. The human race is shrunk down to a handspan. British speculative fiction at its finest. Funny, no waffling, illustrated and characters that are well written and hugely likeable. First of a trilogy. Can’t wait for more.

It’s great to be back in the Death Stranding universe. Loving so far. It’s beautiful and I haven’t fallen over yet.

Absolutely addicted to the new Fantasy Life. I really needed something bright and fun to help ease the little bit of depression that I’m struggling with. It’s funny and there’s so much to do but not in an overwhelming way. It’s pure joy.

Finished Old Skies and it was fabulous. Best storytelling yet from @WadjetEyeGames. I don’t mind saying it kicked me right in my feels a few times. Point and click heaven.

Started The Longing on Steamdeck.The objective is to exist underground for 400 real time days. The clock ticks down regardless of if the game is on or off. You can do nothing or you can explore and see what’s on offer. Currently collecting coal. The isolation feels very peaceful.

Finished #Expedition33. GOTY. Just when you think it can’t possibly get more spectacular it does. The combat and the music are exquisite. The boss fights are immense. This game is pure heart and soul.

Finished Unavowed. Absolutely fantastic supernatural mystery. Honestly this goes right to the top of my all time favourite point and clicks, right next to Gabriel Knight, Kathy Rain, Monkey Island, Beneath a Steel Sky and Fate of Atlantis.
