What a beautiful floof!

I have had to help a friend w/severe dementia, who doesn’t have a dime, get on Medicaid. He is still living at home but SHOULD be in a facility. It will be probably one of the worst ones in the area. He knows this and is suicidal with the thought. Utterly heartbreaking. The system is failing.

Healthcare/caregiving in the US is a joke. My mother needs round the clock care and her facility is $15,000/mo. Her $ is running out quickly. I’m grateful she has it but to watch her life savings just disappear is heartbreaking. So many with less are falling through the huge cracks in our system.

Now that they have put him on a pedestal it makes me not want to use it ever again, even if it gets brought back. Ffs.

The only way she could redeem herself is if she broke into “Before he cheats” in place of “America the beautiful.”

Is Rebel Wilson in need of some repair? 😆
