I went as a MegaDeth fan and blown away by Disturbed. I've been listening to them since. Absolutely loved The Light.

Jonah's wife listened patiently to his excuse for not coming home for three days......

Police: "So, tell me how you came to be wearing Elijah's coat?"

Elisha: "God came down out of heaven in a chariot of fire and he disappeared in a whirlwind!"

What would you like to hear about it? Do I have a duty to comment on everything he or his organisation did? I didn't like a lot of it. What I did like - which is the topic here - is his approach to debates on campuses.

I had to check this was real when I first heard it....yep, it is.

As a counterpoint to claims that Kirk was interested in open discussion you mention some vague "somebody once told me about a guy who asked Charlie a question and he got angry." I'm calling bullshit, and even if true is hardly a counterpoint.

Sounds a bit vague. If that happened, surely there's a video. I watched a lot of his appearances and never saw anything like that. I wonder if he did indeed get angry (rare) was there a good reason. Or has your "someone" misreported the matter?

I don't see how it's naive to make your mind up when you hear the evidence. After all, that's what's you've done in coming to the conclusion that he's right-wing.
September 13, 2025 at 12:56 PM
You won't have to rely on what the justice system tells you. The evidence and testimony will be public.
September 13, 2025 at 12:52 PM
It's not naive, it's standard investigation work to establish motive.

There have been several before, eg James Hodgkinson who shot up a baseball game in 2017, and some armed groups who came to light in the violence that followed the George Floyd murder.

By the killer himself when he says why he did what he did. That will be confirmed by analysing his online comments and connections and hearing from those who knew him.

If he was far-right, the anti-fascist inscriptions on his bullets don't make much sense, nor do some family claims about him being left-wing. We'll have to wait and see, I guess.
September 13, 2025 at 12:39 PM
You said he was far-right, I haven't heard that confirmed.
September 13, 2025 at 12:36 PM
Do we know that?

I certainly agree that the rhetoric of Miller is incredibly unhelpful at a time when the political temperature really needs to cool.

Do we know that yet?
