Yes, everything is fine, but a little crazy to do such a thing on the opening day. It was hopping today, and while the staff is holding their own, I want to overwhelm them any further. They're obviously not going anywhere. :)

I also recently met new restaurant owners who still work full-time jobs! Let that sink in. They still have to work day jobs! This is not totally uncommon. I also spoke with a caterer who said they only got 8 Thanksgiving orders. Last year this itme they had 48!

They're working in the space now. Always subject to inspections, etc. Hopefully by the end of the year. ;)
