April 2, 2025 Zen Color portrait. Took me 70 min to complete. The tricky thing about these portraits is some of the numbers are these miniscule dots that my 40-something eyes refuse to see, bless. But I prevail nonetheless!

While getting a liver transplant was NOT on my 2024 bingo card, when one suffers a sudden onset of fulminant hepatic failure . . .
I'm okay and home now, but it was really scary. All I know is one moment I was confused and the next I'm waking up in the ICU with a new liver.
