Growing up, pamphlets in my church encouraged people to vote republican. Voting republican was "God's" way. Democrats were evil baby-killing heathens. My desire to please God was used to coerce my vote. Don't let anyone use your faith to coerce you. Your vote belongs to you, not the church.

"Beginners shouldn't charge for their work." Actually, the idea of "You have to give free labor when you're still learning & gaining confidence" is bullshit. You might increase prices as you learn, but go ahead & ignore anything that tells you that you have to work for free. #crochet #virkkaus
