I don't even think it's that they don't understand. I think it's just they want to use it so they willfully ignore that it's theft & throw a tantrum as if that will make it not theft.

That's interesting cause I would imagine it's a lower quality thing to save money, but also the price on them seems more expensive lately? I like the FH and FM ones as well as the xxs.

I did see that after this someone said it was part of the state of emergency. But they've had that 10% thing for a while for renters in general. I remember cause when I lived there they acted like we should be grateful they were only raising our rent by $75 a month. =_=
