Thankful to have a garden more than ever in these times. Fresh baked bread, honey nut squash soup with sautéed kale and red onions.

I haven’t written in my journal in some time, but lately I’ve felt the need to write in it again. I find it is cathartic during these tumultuous times of uncertainty.

The beginnings of garden 2024. Getting closer to these magical moments again. I don’t think I’ll ever get over the feeling of awe and gratitude when my little seeds come to life.🌱🍆🍅🌶️🫑🥒

Trying to stay focused and positive. Working on my garden design for this spring.

First bourbon since 2024. Breaking my dry January 20, 2025. Seems like a great reason given the current mood.
