Having a bit of an old man moment today. The spring in my garage door gave out and now it's just a spring loaded death trap. As I was trying to take it apart so my wife could get to work I caught myself saying "Why do they gotta make things so complicated now a days" now my back hurts lol

Folks that write and then share said writing online, what do you use for sharing your work? I've been just using Google Docs that I've downloaded as PDFs for the TTRPG I'm working but I've had a handful of people try to download em and they don't come out formated right

I'm pretty psyched that the new Boston Tea Party is gonna be folks chucking Teslas into the harbor, but I am a little worried about the ecological effects. Good property destruction was so much easier back then

I just saw that Netflix has a documentary about the 2011 Joplin tornado. I'm debating on whether or not to watch cus I was there when it happened and it fucked my brain up pretty good. I wanna see it cus it's kinda neat I was a part of this, but I also don't wanna get anywhere near reliving the day

Do Magical Girl shows exist that aren't ironic or fucked twists of the genre? At what point does the subversion take over as the definition of the genre? Sailor Moon ended in like 97 and since then I've just seen stuff like Madoka or this new I Don't Wanna Be a Magical Girl pilot

My kids (9 and 7) are playing a Hardcore Palworld randomized map, and they are currently building a shrine and memorial to the Great Warrior Wumpo who gave his life to save them from 3 Orzerks. Times like this make me wish I had a shred of artistic talent I wanna draw this but dramatic as fuck lol
