I think it’s really shitty #WhatNot scalpers get distribution and then sell product early before local shops. Pretty certain #DC set this product release to Wednesday. I don’t do blind bags or foils, but it’s especially worse in this case. Hurts local shops, and it’s unfair to every other reader.

Just finished JSA #12, fantastic! Could be my favorite single issue from DC this year. A thrilling story that masterfully ties in every JSA character, lays foundation for the future, and wraps up the arc. 5/5 ⭐️

Missed out on a Funko Booth reservation this year for NYCC 🥺 While it would have been cool, I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t too thrilled with the offerings, especially as a DC fan. The one Funko I may have maybe wanted was the Kingdom Superman, and I can always get it in resale. But didn’t love it.

In all seriousness, most people probably wouldn’t have had Aquaman going all the way in the DC K.O. Bracket prior to Issue #9. But after reading it (incredible!), it’s clear he’s at peak power. Plus he’s finally clean shaven and back to looking how Aquaman should!! I definitely have him as my pick 🔥

As I’m catching up on Batman/Superman World’s Finest (on issue #27), I’m reminded how much of a genius Mark Waid is. Such fresh, inspiring, action packed story telling that brings out the best in every DC character. An underrated title for sure (and arguably the best in the current DC line).
