tldr the mastering job is ass but the record sounds huge anyway so it's not a huge deal. the vocal harmonies are fantastic, the writing is still top notch. i think the more traditional song structures don't vibe with me as much but the record knows how to scare the shit out of you
coming back around on insulated world, i think it's a pretty fantastic dir en grey record. i think uroboros remastered, dum spiro spero and arche all sorta body it but those were and are some of the best records of... any genre, whereas insulated world is best in its class
