"at this time" seems to indicate she's going to string him out to wait until she can remove him without triggering a non-partisan special election. from my understanding this is around march 26.

Alright, I’m resolving the debate. All of these are simultaneously true:
1) Dems are the minority in Congress, greatly limiting their institutional power
2) Congressional Dems can and should be doing more
3) Some Dems are actually doing opposition, drawing public attention, etc
4) Not enough are
