I’m back down to 56.2 we’re so back on track!

uhm so I didn’t listen to myself and weighed in. I hope that it’s all just water weight and sodium. Today is my brothers birthday and I have to eat like normal again 😭

slowly going back to my usual range of calories after yesterdays binge. hopefully tomorrow my fam wont force me to eat too much on my brothers birthday. I think I won’t be weighing myself until wednesday to give myself time to come back down.
