this looks sick. any weird rules around tutors or anything? I noticed there's a few kill nonbasic, fetch a basic effects. also I checked but I assume there's no way to kill an enchantment in there

in the command zone as in they can cast it once it gets to turn three? or is it more like an emblem?

ironically, wotc had successfully boiled the frog on me being okay with UB in edh. It is at the end of the day playing with your toys with your buds. universes beyond belongs in edh if anywhere.
it is moreso in 60 card formats that I am mourning the loss of magic's identity.
