What is wrong in overyly relying on culture? It evolves, and sometimes it goes extinct. Those who uphold culture to be some Ideal are intellectually very shallow.

Good advice, I will first mark this post "Not interested"

You people are supposed to be "not trump". You peopel are supposed to be different, I guess after all, you all are Americans.

The question is not anymore about the pardon—Biden proved Camus that every one of us has the plague and we are not immune to it. But the question is to what extent the American people are going to go to defend it? If half of the country is going to defend it, Camus then wins automatically.

Huh.
You speak about noise, yet here you are, you yourself creating the noise by running a string of messages. You could have just posted one powerful message linked to a detailed web page.

There are two different issues here. You are addressing one part which is ‘utility’. The other part is ‘feeling’. I would never suggest or say anything either way to people who lost or will be losing a major part of thier body which was part of thier identity for a long time.

I agree, I recently lost a finger nail, and I felt so ‘empty’. I am really amazed by the people who lose a big part of their body which defined them for a long time.

I am a man, I recently lost a complete finger nail, and it felt very ‘odd’. But looking at your experience—which I can never feel—I am really amazed by your and other people’s courage. Thank you.

I’ve been through that journey some 20 years ago. I went through a personal crisis, and one of my close friend used the opportunity to convert me. I did get baptized. But later, I realized that it was a “phase”. It did help me to come out. Nevertheless, I’ve become much understanding of the world.

I can say that I enjoyed—if that is not a big word, talking to you. And I also learnt a few things. I just wish this platform does not get trashed like Twitter. Though I liked that man—Elon for his futuristic thing, he just turned out to be ‘average’ and disappointing sometimes. Thanks

There is nothing much you can do about that. Just ensure that you do not fall into ‘conversational’ traps.

I said this to a random person in Home Depot. “If you make people angry, they will stop thinking rationally”

Thanks.
Let me go and do some framing.
Nice day in Calgary.

Lastly, my name is Siva Canjeevaram from Alberta Canada. Thanks for being nice to me. Whatever your pursuits are, I wish good luck.

To put it in one line “we are no different than the others whom we think are different”. If you really want to go all in on them, I still don’t see anything coming up on the side that wants to fight. Will you give me any news in the coming days?
See you.

Once upon a time such conversations where the other person is calling me delusional, when they themselves are having an extreme position (like saying 40 million ppl are immoral) used to make me angry. But I now come to an understanding that the mechanisms operating all humans are the same. Good day.
November 17, 2024 at 7:30 PM
2/2…but I feel the bulk of humanity that is going to be affected by the way the politics is conducted and the way govnmt is administered. Of course everyone needs luck, but it is those ppl at the lower end that need the most. I feel for them, and I feel for humanity in general.Thank you for bng nice
November 17, 2024 at 7:28 PM
Actually, I think I am well 1/2 protected from passionate politics as you can see from my refusal to follow certain stereotypes. I neither hate any one, nor love them. I am way past those feelings. I have customers from all walks of life and serve them with all respect and sincerity. But I feel…
November 17, 2024 at 7:26 PM
2/ if you think that is the way, it still does not help to have the position that 40 million people are corrupt. Because, it is the same people who made Biden won last time. Also, it would mean that Democracy* a failure because people cannot be trusted. That is very dangerous hill we are walking.
November 17, 2024 at 7:23 PM
No, but I strongly believe that, and I also know probably why, the the current fight against—does not matter where it is—current fight against the elements of human destruction IS INEFFICIENT and does not display application of mind. If you want me to put it in a nice way without falling into a trap
November 17, 2024 at 7:20 PM
Maybe it’s the same mechanism that makes people to deny climate change, or partiticipate in conspiracy theories—has prompted you take up the task of judging that 40 million people neeed thier moral compass checked, because it’s broken. It’s always nice when we put the ball in some others court.
November 17, 2024 at 7:06 PM
1/2 No, but I am saying that there are lots of gaps in the thoughts and efforts of those who oppose him, and with some luck, he just became the president ‘again’. You may not have supported Trump visibly, but your actions or inactions are a definite contribution to his win. Maybe, you know this
November 17, 2024 at 7:04 PM
Ok, but do you think by taking up the task of questioning or judging morals of 40m fellow Americans—depending on safe you want to sound. Do you think it will help counter the effects of a Trump presidency? Prevent the rise of right wing populism? Or ensure the democrats will win the 2029 elections?
November 17, 2024 at 7:02 PM
I don’t like Trump as much you are, but what I do not like even more is the ignorance of people that hate him and handed over this election in a silver plate to him. If anyone is to be blamed for his victory it is people that refuse to think or engage.
November 17, 2024 at 6:54 PM
Please, I know your line, I am coming from Twitter. I do not want to fall in that trap of ‘your mama fat, no your mama is fat’ hence, I am not going to engage with anyone in that line. If all we have is to call each other bad, then what is the point of even calling us a ‘species’?
