I love my boyfriend to the ends of the galaxy and beyond, but I can't seem to get him to realize that we BOTH need to be the decision makers in the relationship, not just ME. Or that when I say no to something, I mean no. It's... difficult to explain.

I want to make jokes with my friends, the friends who KNOW I'm asexual and don't mean anything by it. But if I make these jokes, other people outside my friend group always butt in to yell at one of us for "Being creepy to XYZ" and then try to claim they know my friend. Every single time.
