All five of the American Kestrel chicks have hatched! The fifth and final chick was revealed during this feeding with the female on May 16. Now, it’s time to watch this flurry of activity as the parents work tirelessly to raise their brood over the next month.

The Fate of the Day: The War for America, Fort Ticonderoga to Charleston, 1777-1780, book 2 of Rick Atkinson’s Revolution trilogy, is due for release on April 29th. This first volume is a wonderful read, and worthy of its Pulitzer. Highly recommended!

The Fate of the Day: The War for America, Fort Ticonderoga to Charleston, 1777-1780, book 2 of Rick Atkinson’s Revolution trilogy, is due for release on April 29th. This first volume is a wonderful read, and worthy of its Pulitzer. Highly recommended!
