Could he have been using them as fronts for money laundering? And if you think that's possible, wouldn't losing money probably be okay? But also, what if he's now somehow using our government as the laundering front?

Thanks for the article. You're one of the few people who gets it. Lindsey Graham doesn't, he's always trying to give Trump advice. He even told him to stop whining about losing the election because it was starting to look like sour grapes. Mitch McConnell knows not to waste his breath.

Yes. It is a rare disorder, but when one is malignant, everything else is a symptom of the malignancy, or a side effect. I'm no psychologist, but they would probably agree.

Who wrote this? I get the first and second sentences, but "unbelievable"? What's unbelievable about it? It's ENTIRELY believable that he would do this. He has been at it for years and will be at it for several more. We keep seeing it over and over. It's one of the most believable things ever.

If he can put and end to public hand-wringing and stops asking what went wrong, that would be a great way to be a leader. Move forward, just like the GOP did when the predicted midterm red wave was blue. March on to the next success, not the last failure.

I'm hoping for no more public hand-wringing. No more "what went wrong?" discussions. Two years ago, the red wave was somehow a blue wave, and you didn't see the GOP crying. They just kept going.

I like that a lot better. It's theoretically possible that @georgelakoff.bsky.social would agree. Words matter and choosing the right vocabulary not only frames the debate, but it sets out our task.

Move. Do. Act. Resistance and occupation don't move very much. R's do actual things. No fly swatters at the knife fight. D's should strike first and make the GOP stammer for a response. Fifty justices & lending money to Ukraine are action verbs that move! Going high is for pilots and pole vaulters.
