Y’avait pas mal de bruit, j’ai pas pu entendre un mot. On aurait dit que la voix de Stephen Bronfman couvrait un mot dit par 50 000 personnes. Quelqu’un l’a compris?

There was quite a bit of noise, I couldn't quite hear a word. It seemed like Stephen Bronfman's voice was overpowering a word spoken by 50,000 people. Anyone catch it?

I've paid into CPP annually for 35+years. When I started it had a handful of employees and low admin cost. Today it has 2000+ employees earning 500K avg, still employs consultants, fails to beat its reference index, losing billions in value. Why hire Wiseman who led it? A Blackrock exec no less??

En tant que multimillionnaire, quelle approche adopterez-vous pour taxer les multimillionnaires et les milliardaires ? Taxons la richesse, pas le travail !

I just wanted to say that it's well documented that the Russian government sponsors troll accounts, whose sole purpose is to sow division and anger. You made a great point, and real or foreign-operated bot, that other commenter was both mean & insubstantial.

I don't resent paying taxes, I do think the wealthy should pay more. What good will this cut do the homeless? If you give me more money back but don't check the wealth of the rich and don't reverse decades of corporate concentration and reduced competition, what is that increase to my income worth?

Will you end corruption in the Canadian Pension Plan? Do you promise to maintain and improve social benefits, and support equitable wealth distribution by taxing wealth, not work?

Heck, imagine if scientists favored publishing in journals that made their research broadly and openly available.
I never got that, either.
