The Delaney Hall prayer vigil was one of more than 50 such events taking place in 22 states. Bishops Manny Cruz and Gregory Studerus of the Archdiocese of Newark joined us in prayer.

The prayer service was a registered #OneChurchOneFamily event, a nationwide movement of US Catholics calling people of faith to publicly demonstrate solidarity with migrant families, asylum seekers, and refugees.

Sister Michelle invited us to engage in spiritual conversation as we move towards the 2026 Congregation Chapter when we will explore the theme, "Being Yeast and Bearing Hope ... We are made for a time such as this."

This morning we heard from a panel of authors of the book Reseeding Religious Life through Global Sisterhood. This afternoon we will also hear from a panel of CSJP sisters and associates.
