Hey everyone! I haven't felt inspired for art, but I was feeling hungry! Unfortunately I didn't have enough Bisquick and I was craving pancakes. So today I learned how to make pancakes from scratch! I used oat milk which made them fluffy...! They were so good!

I'm not sure what to call this one. It reminds me of the desert or the southwest, though I've never been to either. For now it will remain untitled. It is my largest piece so far.

Homemade potato chips and let me tell you, these are delicious! They say that once you make these, there's no going back and they are right! They taste like ribbon cut fried potato chips from the fair!

Freshly sliced golden potatoes cut with a mandolin at 1/16 of an inch and basted with olive oil and a little coarse kosher salt. A pile of cut potatoes waiting to go in the oven! The finished product! Potato chips oven baked with a little kosher coarse salt. A few chips left.... These don't last long so get them while they are hot!
