Class action will bankrupt Old Town. Its one thing if a private entity such as a retail store tracks my shopping habits, however, the City of Old Town is government and thus must abide by all constitutional requirements.

The city of Old Town has not licensed nor has compensated me for usage of my data as input into their Artificial Intelligence data model. In the same vein as Fox corporation and the New York Times has sued AI companies for unlicensed usage, so too will I sue the city of Old Town.

It would be interesting if you did just a little bit of homework.

Or you could just tell your boss to mandate that the boys stop playing with the girls and instead, go play with the boys. Stop playing victim when in reality, your administration is the perpetrator.

An awful bigot? A violation of one's constitutional rights is an internal legislative matter? Just stop talking. You sound like a ignorant fool.

DOGE found that MILLIONS of illegals were given Social Security numbers over the last 4 years, with 1.3 million receiving Medicaid. Millions of others received driver's licences, registered to vote, and may have already voted.

Staff who have not been doing a good job may not be credible.

You're telling a half truth. So what if a hosting contract is terminated. The data is not gone. Its simply hosted elsewhere, possibly internally or on another host server. Stop the fearmongering. Its not a bad thing to save money.

You're telling half truths. So what if hosting contracts are terminated. The data isn't gone. Its simply hosted on other sites, maybe internally on servers with public access. ELIMINATING UNECESSARY GOVERNMENT EXPENSE IS NOT BAD.

So you're letting congress off the hook? After all, Defense and Intelligence committees had years to mandate or develop a secure, military grade encrypted communications app that all government personnel would be required by law to use. But nope, no action. And now we get this.

The failed military leader Zelenskyy just signed his own death warrant. His own people will be the executioner.

So we gave him hundreds of billions of dollars and he can't make a quick stop at Jos. A. Bank to show some respect to the oval office? Yes, it matters. And Yes, its a better question than what the AP would ask.

Line Item 1 is a slippery slope. How can you advocate for controlling free speech? One wonders if you'd be so accepting if the government controlled presentation, a form of free speech, as well.

Getting rid of the FDIC is not as bad as it seems since Treasury has previously created a credit facility for banks. Any banking issues that would trigger FDIC action passes through to the credit facility anyways so why keep the FDIC?

NATO is all but gone. There are better ways to ensure EU protection against Russia price gouging them on energy. Diplomacy, A good working relationship with Russia, and market based competition from Israeli/UAE gas being piped through Italy.

Aside from the statistics not being related to the Trump administration, you do realize BLS is publishing real numbers now as opposed to the manipulated numbers during the biden administration?

I find it interesting that there is an uproar over data access by a duly authorized department created by the executive branch and overseen by a house subcommittee yet there was no equivalent outrage when TJX, Capital One, Visa, and Bank of America suffered personal financial data breaches.

Or, maybe push Hopkins, Mayo, Cleveland, Boston, LA gender specialists to come up with a peer reviewed, precise definition of clincally transgendered such that we can begin to get our transgendered citizens all the access to care they need. The president has stated as much in his executive orders.

The entire real estate market has been upended by this ruling. No one is pulling the trigger on deals until this ruling is overturned on appeal. Thus, its disingenuous to use the conviction to bolster a political talking point.
February 4, 2025 at 11:19 PM
The conviction you reference is based upon a ruling that says the government can overrule an agreed upon transaction amount by two private parties. What this means is that if a car dealer wants to give you $10000 for a trade towards the purchase of a new car, the govt can say it only can be $1000.
