We're in this endless bicker about who is right, who is moral, who is corrupt when we don't even know for sure what the other side wants.

It reminds me of Plato's Allegory of the Wall, we're all in that cave arguing with the shadows and being ignorant of the light behind us.

Both sides are saying the other side is corrupt. It's almost like both sides are misunderstanding eachothers goals and morals, things are blown out of proportion, misunderstood and there's generally a lack of understanding of political and economic concepts (including myself).

Only when we practice critical thinking can we discern between lies, half-truths, and opinion, gaining clearer sight of objective truth.

Yet, while it is wise to analyze the water you collect, it is equally wise to analyze the source—for mountain springs are far cleaner than swamps.
