Younger me still loves it. Older me recognizes the severe flaws. Killing Dr. Foster is indefensible. Not to mention how problematic Mark Millar has become. It’ll always have a place in my heart (especially for how much the street heroes were the real heroes of the arc)

Absolute Wonder Woman has been the most consistently excellent comic in the Absolute line. SO, so good!

I appreciate you sharing updates like these. It’s good to see folks from across different professions and spectrums calling out the injustice we’re all seeing.

These were lovely, lovely books. So heartbreaking, and like others have said, so unlike anything I’ve read before. I have the first book of the Inheritance trilogy sitting on my bookshelf, and I can’t wait to find a time to read it!

Such a great series. It was also my introduction to the great Jim Cheung’s work

I believe at this time Pete was a teacher as well. Which makes this way funnier.
I also think Marvel messed up moving Peter away from being a teacher. That’s the perfect job for him!

This is something that I and other folks at my institution are working on right now. I’ve been working with my FY students on identifying what AI can and can’t do, and they did a GREAT job on their reflections. This article was really helpful. www.insidehighered.com/opinion/view...

There’s something about Marcos Martín’s style I’ve always loved in a Spider-Man comic. To me, his illustrations have echoes of Ditko while being completely his own.

Checchetto is so, so good. What he can do with panels and color reminds me a lot of what Mazzucchelli did with Batman and DD back in the day. Just awesome.
