I unfortunately got busy and behind this year on many things. Sadly my creative writing project has suffered a lot from this. Work sucks.

Went to the No kings protest in Norman Oklahoma yesterday. It was smaller than OKC, but it was peaceful and full of wonderful people fed up with our current situation.

If wanting free healthcare, freedom to live as ones true self, and taxing billionaires labels me as a terrorist then I'd hate to see what makes me a good model citizen in their eyes.

Free speech isn't supposed to be something everyone likes. I don't have to like neonazis but unfortunately they can say what they want.
I am allowed to say what I want they are allowed to say what they want. We don't have to like it but that's free speech.

I don't think Republicans understand what free speech actually means. Being uncomfortable about another's opinion isn't grounds for threatening more violence and disruptive actions.

I can't believe my writers block has gone on for about 6 weeks. It makes me sad I can't find the motivation to do the writing.

I have forgotten many chores and many other things I have had to do because I decided to get the Division 2 on PC, I will miss my progression on Xbox but I appreciate the fresh start and having to relearn everything since it's been years since I played last.

I couldn't make it to my local protest but I am extremely proud of my local community especially being in a red state.

Free speech isn't supposed to be comfortable. It is supposed to be open, critical, and truthful. Silencing people because you don't like what they have to say is not free speech.
I don't have to like people for saying stupid things but I have to respect their rights as long as they respect mine.

Decided to go back to the game I've played since launch, Elite Dangerous. The new Corsair is a very fun ship. I slapped a bunch of spare engineered parts I had laying around and quickly decided I needed maxed out. This is a fantastic ship. It reminds me of flying the Federal Corvette in a way.

Military sci-fi genre sometimes doesn't focus on the culture of the peoples that make up the various factions. Just the militaries and the cultures in them. But what about societies they protect? I am still exploring this personally and I have to say my own mind spins from my own creation.
