When I literally struggle with hyper vigilance and trust issues. I feel gaslighted, coerced and like I'm betraying my own needs and wishes.

So I just end complying. Like, I have a person 3 years younger than me kind of coercing me to drink alcohol, when I rarely drink and it feels humiliating.Not to mention she tells me she protects me from the world bc I have rose coloured glasses on.
