Shattered. I’d forgotten how much hard work getting year 8s to write and produce a 15 minute assembly is. Still, Christmas Around the World was fabulous and 2 students in particular brought a tear to my eye, shy girls who spoke loud and proud. Fab comment that ours will be the one to follow!

Early morning Sevenoaks, rural wind blowin’ on the land… meh, doesn’t work. Apologies to Peter Gabriel. Storm Bert has scuppered plans for the Winter Show at Ardingly so pottering today, G2 tonight in Farnham, dinner with a friend beforehand. It’s the weekend, no marking so school doesn’t exist.
