Southampton didn't keep Rothwell on when they got promoted last season. There is a reason Bournemouth was happy to loan him out. He's a Championship player and not Premier League.

You'll miss being on TV live nearly every week too. I think Leeds have been on more than any other club this last few weeks!

The problem is that £25m doesn't actually buy much of a PL player. Better to buy 5 x £40m players than 8 x £25m to ensure a bit of quality, assuming a budget of £200m.

Good players are the key rather than the manager. If you don't have Premiership quality players a club needs a magician, not a brilliant manager.

I was at the play-off final in May. I wanted Saints to win, but somehow be able to forego the prize. At least there's no VAR in the Championship abd that's worth looking forward to.
