Exhibit B: from the very moment Carlotta introduces herself, she refers to herself as the second daughter of the Montelli family. You can also see this repeated in her character introduction in the drip marketing, in her character bio, I think it’s also mentioned in the dialogue a couple more times

Exhibit A: gray hair, pale, same color eyes. Carlotta is grey turquoise center pink rim, phrolova is pink center gray turquoise rim. Similar aesthetics but that is also a side effect of gacha I guess.
