Yup. Incredible concept but maybe a bit too ambitious to go from single cell organism to defeating a malevolent non carbon-based race of life forms in an extremely tedious fight for the galaxy. It probably should have been broken up into 3-4 games.

Spore was an incredible idea, just not executed properly.
