I'm dealing with cancer, Type 1 Diabetes, & arthritis. These things cause me occasionally to feel a bit low. But life is great, on the whole, often because of cricket & its people. I try to be nice, but forgive me if I'm blunt.
When my burst appendix, sepsis & cancer did their worst & tried to do me in a couple of years ago, they were seen off by hospital staff from 16 different nations. Anycunt suggesting they need to get out needs a slap.

Christ, I hadn't thought of that angle. And what if they did sufficient hat-swapping that they forgot whose hat was whose?

My friend, you have cheered up an ill and sad man no end on this otherwise miserable morning. As I sat on the khazi, shitting my life away for the third time today, my wife ran to the door asking what the noise was. Laughter: it was me laughing about Martin Urinal-Cockermouth. Thank you.

Good work. I'm on that many pills I have to stagger them 😆. I use the pill schedule as an excuse to miss doing all manner of things, but the dishwasher is my domain - no one round here does it better
