That doesn’t make it any less painful. Even if they are a hated family member; they’re still a family member.

Finding out part of your life was a lie on a car ride of all things is rough, to say the least. And now you’re thrown to the wolves to determine what is because of the hidden diagnosis and what is just you. And why would they hold back news of your grandad dying? This is very bad parenting.
