I made it to 48! It’s almost a miracle. I was diagnosed at 41 with young lung cancer and I have been stage 4 for over 5 years and now I’m also stage 4 with small cell lung cancer for over a year and a half. I am lucky.

I made it through Fair week for my boys 2nd year of 4-H b/w txs. He ended up novice champion & intermediate reserve champion for guinea pigs. And he got a buckle at 10! for the Avian bowl as his team were the junior champions. I had another tx since and I am tired but doing ok. #cansky

It’s scan day! 4 hour commute accomplished and now waiting to be called. I am still sick so hoping I don’t cough when told to take the deep breaths. Wish me calm lungs and clear scans.

3rd Infusion and doing it while sick is so beyond…exhausting. I did it yesterday and now I hopefully heal before nadir, which is when our blood cell counts are the lowest. Wish me and everyone dealing with this junk healing. No pic this time of tx day but this one works.

2nd go round happening meow with I Run To The Can! 😆 Informed that’s the way to remember. Gotta love the accuracy of the mnemonics.
