I recently completed the Champagne Specialist course put together by Comite Champagne @ Napa Valley Wine Academy. Loved it!! Crossing all my fingers that this insane 200% tariff does not happen. It would be devastating for importers, and US consumers of Champagne, and all wines from the EU.
