You’re reading this because you have nothing better to do.

Never argue with an idiot, they’ll take you down to their level and beat you with experience.

The internet is obligatory, not mandatory, engage with it at your own risk.
It’s hard to hold back. Keep strong. It actively hurts to see what’s going on anymore.

One thing I’d like to see is agents brought to court for murder. Investigations, or anything to make ICE more cautious. If they get away with another murder, it could spark a civil war if it hasn’t already.

They are spineless cowards, just like every other politician.

I’ve got no clue how to navigate this atrocity in any way that would remain civil. I’m sure they’re pulling their hair out (what’s left of it) trying to do anything not to seem weak, but there’s just nothing.

I’m not one to casually talk bad about religion, but another hefty subsection of America are the religious and zealous.

They voted for Trump because they are either under the delusion that he’s a Christian, or they are single-issue voters.

They’re all idiots. They should read their book again.

We have a lot of people in this country who have lost faith in the system. They don’t vote. Corpo money runs America, and it’s easy to see why someone might feel that it’s hopeless.

I hope that’s they’ve gotten the wake-up call needed to act.

Every country has skeletons in their closet and corrupt politicians in their government.
We all have ignorance and racism in the recesses of our societies.

They are loud, and they are very visible, but they aren’t a majority, not by a long shot.

A couple of my favorite books series echo a message that I find helpful.
“Don’t trust in organizations. Trust in people.”

A third of this country are either terribly ignorant or just plain xenophobic/racist.

We’re not all like that.

It is my opinion that she lost because the primary waffling with Biden. If she had been the pick all along things might have gone differently. Either way, the hand was dealt, and we must survive until the next round and hopefully vote with more sanity. But also yes, misogyny had a hand in it too.

I’ve always voted for the democratic candidate. Kamala was a fine candidate. Just fine. She wasn’t exceptional, she just wasn’t Trump.

I don’t get why people keep touting Kamala as the next great thing. She’s literally just the establishments choice. Probably would have won too without Biden.

I think most people don’t particular care enough to argue/debate politics unless you step on a nerve. It’s only the loudest and most outrageous points that make headway over any normal dialogue. It’s the kind of environment that pushes everyone further right or left and fans flames.

I honestly don’t get the Kamala Hype that’s been springing up on my feed. She had potential. If it hadn’t been for the waffling primary, she may have won. But she didn’t, and then promptly disappeared from the headlines. I voted for her and I’d vote for her again, but there gotta be a better pick.

Yeah, but we thought we beat Trump 3 different times and only beat him once. A Trump-backed candidate still has a chance. The democrats can’t put forward a candidate without people standing on principle against them or infighting looking for the perfect candidate.
