Shipping is okay, as long as you acknowledge the toxicity in the fiction as unhealthy and don't allow minors to be exposed to it. If you don't openly address this, you rick normalizing it. This is the most risky of any type of shipping.

Defending these things don't make you a good person. You aren't protecting free speech, free speech doesn't apply to things that intentionally cause harm.
