I did too until I got the ending with Samus in her bikini set. Then I got even more confused. That was back when us gamers actually read the game manuals.

So glad you mentioned this cuz I was about to come in here and say the same thing. The ending of Metroid confused me so much because of that manual. It kept referring to Samus as he but the ending showed differently.

I love that movie. So glad I saw it in theatres when it released. Sad to learn that it wasn't fun to make though. Kinda dulls the experience for me know that.
