I once had to do orientation for a job in a windowless room for like 14 hours a day. Orientation was video based so all I did was “watch” videos all day. It was the most horrible experience of my life.

That makes sense. Complimenting weight loss makes people scared to gain weight thereby triggering eating disorders and other harmful behaviors.
