I'm currently working on a wiki for the setting, but so far, everyone is piecing together the lore and setting from bits of pieces of lore in my items, creatures, and characters XD

yeah, it's called 'Spin Blur'

I actually make it in 5-7 layers, then I make a copy, merge it into one layer, cut each gear and chainsaw, apply spin blur to each of them, and put it on top of the uncut shield (mask a bit of its edges to hide the unblurred chainsaw blades).
